Michael Staresinic assumed the role of CEO in 2021, President in 2020 and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2021. In addition to managing the business affairs of TVC, he is also involved in conducting due diligence and structuring investment opportunities for the company. Mr. Staresinic has 20 years of experience in the financial services and mining industry and was previously a director of Jerritt Canyon Gold, Sprott Mining Inc. and the Vice President of Finance at Sprott Inc., where he was also a key member of the mergers and acquisitions team. Over the course of his career, Mr. Staresinic has gained experience in mining, private equity, private debt, real estate asset management, hedge funds, mutual funds and managed futures. Mr. Staresinic was previously and prior to joining Sprott Inc., he spent nine years as Vice President of Finance at a publicly-listed alternative asset management firm. Mr. Staresinic is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. MacNeily brings more than 20 years of executive financial management and leadership experience in the mining sector. As a senior executive for a number of global mining and development companies, he has considerable experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, financial controls and reporting, capital restructuring and funding, metal trading, and implementing successful finance programs that have resulted in improved financial position and increased shareholder value. Prior mining companies where he served in a senior finance capacity include Abacus Mining Corp., North American Palladium Ltd., SRA Corporation, Desert Sun Mining, and Pangea Goldfields Inc. where he managed the successful $210 million acquisition by Barrick Gold Corporation. Prior to entering the resource sector, his experience includes seven years with Burns Fry (now BMO Nesbitt Burns) in both Toronto and London, U.K., managing treasury and operational activities of the firm.
Luis Vega was named CEO of Minera Tres Valles ("MTV") in 2016, previously working as CFO at MTV from 2014. During his 25 years of professional experience, he has held a variety of positions in the areas of finance, asset management, petroleum products logistics and distribution, mining operations and mining machinery maintenance. The latter primarily in mining operations in Chile and Peru. He has actively participated in the transactions associated with MTV, including the purchase of the asset from VALE in 2013, the acquisition of the controlling interest of TVC in 2017 and later the financing of the expansion projects.
Mr. Vega is an Industrial Engineer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile with an MBA from Duke University in North Carolina, where he specialized in business development in emerging markets. At an early age, he studied at the Military Academy in Chile where he graduated as an army officer, obtaining the highest ranking position in field artillery.

Among his many positions, he has been the Mining Manager of Minera Cerro Colorado, Minera Escondida, Collahuasi, as well as the Andina and El Salvador divisions of Codelco.

Jorge Baraqui, Mining Manager of MTV, focuses on developing the mine by maximizing existing mining potential in both a sustainable and excellent manner.
He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of planning and execution of underground mining projects. He developed the majority of his career at Codelco in the El Salvador, El Teniente and Casa Matriz divisions, specializing in Block and Panel caving methods, mine preparation, technological development and mining innovations.
Team lead lawyer, with extensive experience in negotiations, community and social issues in mining and government matters, experience in environmental permits and mining easements, contract management and documentary analysis.
His vast experience includes teaching and consulting work for the Tres Valles Project at the beginning of Vale’s operations in Chile. He was responsible for monitoring compliance with community commitments and easements, providing legal support to the environmental department. He was also in charge of establishing the framework between the Mining Association of Salamanca and Vale; and he led the team that solidified the ore purchase agreement from third parties on behalf of Vale.
After his time with Vale, his work in the public sector included the Ministry of National Assets of Chile as well as the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security.

Eduardo Reyes, Human Resources Manager at MTV, is responsible for maintaining administrative order and control over general services within the company.
He has more than 35 years of exposure to the area of administration. Among his experiences, he has been in charge of various Human Resources departments for national companies such as Compensación Los Andes and Construmart
Metallurgical Engineer from the Catholic University of the North, with 17 years of mining experience. Victor has worked in companies such as Teck Quebrada Blanca, the Franke copper mine, El Peñón Mine, Altonorte Copper Smelter, among others.
During 2017, Victor joined Tres Valles as a Project Manager in charge of the engineering, construction and assembly of the Salt Leach Project, one of the three structural projects at Tres Valles.
Currently, Victor is the Plant Operations Manager, responsible for the crushing, heaping, leaching and SX-EW processes. Additionally, he supervises the metallurgy department as well as the support areas of mechanical and electrical maintenance of the hydrometallurgical plant.
Javier has more than 15 years of professional experience in business development, technology, strategic planning and corporate finance, mainly in the mining industry. He actively participated in the purchase of the MTV project from VALE in 2013, later occupying the position of assistant finance manager until 2015. Mr. Phillips has been a director of MTV since December 2018, resigned his role as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") in March 2022 and remained an advisor. Mr. Phillips is a senior mining executive with 48 years of experience in the construction, commissioning and operation of mining projects in 13 countries (7 in Latin America) in 5 continents. Over his career he has directed the construction, commissioning and operation of 11 plants and mining operations, all of which met or exceeded their designed capacities. Prior to MTV, he was the VP Operations and Senior Executive in Chile for Laguna Gold, operating the largest zinc mining operation in Chile. Mr. Phillips was the Chief Restructuring Officer for Carpathian Gold, representing Macquarie Bank, executing a successful turnaround of its Minerao Riacho dos Machados gold mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Mr. Phillips has held senior positions in US and Canadian mining companies including COO and Chairman of the Board of Lydian Resources, Armenia, Chief Development Officer of Coeur Mining, COO of Silver Standard Resources, and Senior VP Development for Pan American Silver Corp. He has been a leader in the development of mining and processing technology, building the fourth successful cyanide recovery plant in the world, leading the development of an innovative coal slurry technology with liquid carbon dioxide, and now at MTV building the second inclined block caving mine in the world.
Mr. Phillips is a Registered Professional Mining Engineer, graduating from the Colorado School of Mines ("CSM"), and with graduate studies in Engineering Management at the University of South Florida. At CSM he was the “Outstanding Graduate in Engineering Geology”, a member of Tau Beta Pi engineering honorary, Sigma Gamma Epsilon service honorary, and a Distinguished Military Graduate. Early in his career, he held the positions of Manager of Exploration and VP Operations for the Mining Division of W.R. Grace & Co., where he discovered and led the development of two large coal mines in the western USA, one of which continues to operate as the largest coal mine in Colorado 45 years later. Mr. Phillips’ experience includes the mining of several different minerals including coal, phosphate rock, gold, silver, zinc, copper, limestone, clay and aggregates. He has held Directorships in the Chambers of Mines in three countries including Chile, Mexico and Ghana, Africa. In addition to the above mentioned Director and Chairman positions, he was also a Director of Abosso Goldfields Ltd., the second largest gold mining company in Ghana, Africa.
Metallurgy Superintendent who has 25 years of experience in the field of mining, in the areas of engineering, management, innovation and operations. He has worked in both medium and large mining companies, such as Vale, AMSA, Anglo American, Xstrata Copper and BHP Escondida.
He participated in the original Minera Tres Valles project in 2009 with the company, Vale, also managing the change from bioleaching to salt leaching beginning in 2015 (i.e., development of laboratory tests, column tests, then executing tests at the semi-industrial level before the implementation of the project which was completed in 2020).
During 2022, he joined MTV once again, now as the Metallurgy Superintendent in charge of the chemical & metallurgical laboratory, as well as short, medium, and long-term metallurgy for the project.

Rafael Pérez de Arce, VP of Corporate Relations at MTV, holds more than 30 years of experience in the mining sector, leading him to be widely knowledgeable in terms of quality and efficiency in the field of project execution.
Working as a copper market analyst at COCHILCO (Chilean Commission of Copper) for almost ten years, Rafael was well prepared to begin his executive career at Vecchiola S.A. where he eventually became General Manager then CEO. Between the years of 2013 and 2016, he acted as the CEO of MTV.
